Refund & Cancellations Policy
At Waztiks Luxury, we strive to provide you with the best luxury car rental experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Cancellations
You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time without incurring any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your rental period will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee will be calculated based on the total rental amount and the time of cancellation.

2. Refunds
If you cancel your reservation more than 72 hours before the rental start time, you will receive a full refund. However, if the cancellation occurs within 72 hours, a partial refund may be issued. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the agreed time and do not provide prior notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full rental amount. No-show situations are not eligible for a refund.

4. Early Returns
If you return the vehicle earlier than the agreed rental period, no refund will be issued for unused rental days. However, under special circumstances, we may review early return requests and issue a partial refund at our discretion.

5. Vehicle Availability
In the rare event that the reserved vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to select another vehicle. If you choose to change your vehicle, the rental fee will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Modifications
Changes to your reservation, including date or vehicle changes, must be made at least 24 hours before the rental period. Modifications may be subject to availability and additional charges.
